ForeverFridge is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your family's artwork and memories should remain private and secure.

• →100% On-Device Processing: All AI background removal and image processing happens on your device. No images are sent to external servers.
• →Zero External Servers: We do not operate any external servers. All data stays on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
• →No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
• →No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers.

◆ Information We Store Locally

All information is stored locally on your device using SwiftData, and optionally synced to your personal iCloud account:

1. Artwork Images

Scanned and processed images of children's artwork are stored:

• →On Your Device: In the app's local SwiftData database
• →In Your iCloud: If you enable iCloud sync, images are stored in your personal iCloud account (not ours)

2. Family Profiles

Information about family members you create:

• →Names: Child names you enter
• →Birthdays: Used to calculate age for artwork stamps
• →Custom Colors & Icons: Profile customization preferences

3. Voice Recordings

Audio recordings you create for artwork stories are stored:

• →On Your Device: In the app's local storage
• →In Your iCloud: If iCloud sync is enabled

4. Tags & Annotations

Tags and annotations you add to artwork (e.g., "mummy," "daddy") are stored locally and synced to iCloud if enabled.

◆ iCloud Sync

ForeverFridge uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your devices. This is entirely managed by Apple:

• →Your iCloud Account: All synced data is stored in your personal iCloud account, not ours
• →End-to-End Encrypted: CloudKit data is encrypted by Apple
• →You Control It: You can disable iCloud sync at any time in Settings
• →No Access: We do not have access to your iCloud data

ForeverFridge is designed for families and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

You have complete control over your data:

• →Delete Artwork: You can delete individual artwork items at any time
• →Delete Profiles: You can delete family profiles, which will remove associated artwork
• →Uninstall App: Uninstalling the app removes all local data
• →iCloud Data: If you disable iCloud sync, you can delete the app's data from iCloud in Settings

◆ Camera & Photo Library Access

ForeverFridge requires access to your camera and photo library to scan artwork:

• →Camera: Used only for scanning artwork using VisionKit
• →Photo Library: Used only to save processed artwork (optional)
• →No Background Access: The app only accesses these when you explicitly use the scanning feature

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
