Foldeon privacy policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
Foldeon is an offline music instrument for iPhone and iPad. This policy covers the Foldeon app.
No app data collection or tracking
Foldeon does not collect or transmit personal information. It has no accounts, advertising, tracking, analytics service or developer-operated backend. All included sounds and songs are stored in the app.
Information on your device
The app saves your sound, appearance, input and note-layout preferences, chosen song, progress and starting-tip status. This information is used only to remember your instrument experience. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to any device backup you manage through Apple.
Movement and touch
Touch input, and optional tilt input where supported and selected, control the instrument locally. Foldeon does not record or transmit this input. No microphone recording is used.
Purchases and Apple services
Apple handles your App Store purchase. Foldeon does not receive your payment details. Apple may process information under its own privacy policy when you use the App Store, device backups, TestFlight or optional system diagnostics.
Support
Foldeon does not send diagnostic reports to the developer. If you choose to email support, we receive the email address and information you send and use it to respond to your request. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Children
The same no-collection policy for the app applies to all users, including children.
